MSVCR100.dll is missing in windows 10

I finally got it to work. For some reason, windows 10 wasn't having it. -
I checked the forums before posting this. I reinstalled visual C++ distributeable from the folder provided by Leadwerks and Microsoft windows. I still get the MSVCR100.dll is missing
