  7. Hey Wisper, and thank you for updater. I'm trying to use it with proxy and user/pass. I have .net framework 3.5 and run it as administrator. says: "Incorrect password or connection failed" and using VPN connection (without user/pass) when updater tries to download Thumb.db it will cancel update what should I do?

    thank you guys.. I'm glad you like it. @Theologic: about textures, I'm agree with you, they should be much better, however I tried to get a better quality, but because of my wrong uv mapping I could not get better than this it will cost about 5-6 hours of my time to remake uv and textures. and there is many models to create.. any way thank you for your point, I will try to get better texture quality with other models. and about tris, may you explane more?

I did not understand anything of that (I'm not a pro coder and I could not understand that code ) as far as I know simplest way in AI is path finding you can define a project and describe how to implement it. then I will bend my project to get as your tutorial is , then I will improve what I've learned from your tutorial and straight back my project! saving and loading a model into 3ds max! save game with details into a single file and load it back next time we play the game. because I didn't want to request just my own tutorials here. but my requests were broad and I'm sorry about that. PS. I will try to help community with art tutorials. PPS. original post edited.
  15. this place is for requesting tutorials and they could be make by Administrator or Community. although I know Josh is working on new tutorials, still we need some special tuts that can be make by own community. How to request: you will request your tutorial, if other users need it too, they will rate it by: "" ! each request that got 14 of "" (please don't collusion!), then someone can accept to make that tutorial. and if we did not have any volunteers to make a tutorial, we should wait to have one something more to say: requested tutorials should be more than just a short answer "how to..." (although I think we need a "how to ..." section as a part of werkspace) if you want to make a tutorial, it would be better to make it as a video tutorial, and upload it into youtube or (please!)vimeo. or if you don't want to make a video tutorial, you can make it as a PDF (we need tutorial section in download center of werkspace to upload these tutorials) requests: 2- Example of collision detection system and response to detection 2- Some scripting tutorials using LUA 1- Create ragdolls 1- Create cloths 1- Simple AI tutorial (maybe pathfinding that a newbie person can start with) 1- Saving, loading (save game with details into a single file and load it back) 1- Some modeling techniques 1- How the shaders system is work I have posted a message with more emoticons that this board allows!     agreed with Pure³D.. use its lowest poly count (just remove leafs and add cross horiz. and vert. geomerty) and also there is many ways to decrease triangle counts. it would be very useful for those people who they can not create good trees (like me )
  18. Yes, I tried almost every thing out there! and finally bought a proxy service. I'm in Iran.
  19. if you know about filtering, some countries filter some sites for their people and some other countries filter some sites for other countries! so I need to use proxy. (we won't stop for such reasons!) @Josh: will SDK updater contain username/password for proxies in (near/far) future please? or put a complete sdk for those whom prefer to download full sdk instead of update with leadwerks updater? every month or every 2 months here is still 122 files to update.. its terrible
  20. my internet connection is slow(256K). but for something about 200mb it should be download in about 1.5 hours. I have to use proxy, my default proxy server needs username/password, which is not defined into updater. so I have to use other free proxies out there with many disconnections and lower speed! so almost half of files during update will be fail and needs reupdate again and again..
