IK Rigging seems to have been created with the express purpose of driving me insane..
Blender Auto Weight creation and Weight painting is just a big time saver.
Yep - trouble is when I add a pole to the IK constraint it either twistes the mesh while in resting position OR it makes the join bend the wrong way.
Gonna try with rigify instead and see if I've better luck.
Beware Rigify is not compatible with simple FBX bones anim export. Already tried and discussed in forums here.
