    1. JMichael

      JMichael

Is there something in particular you are looking for? All the recently resolved issues have to do with the editor: http://www.leadwerks.com/werkspace/forum/80-bug-reports/page__changefilters__1

It's The euro "discount" americans think we are so loaded wont notice The difference - blizzard, adobe, oyua, MS they all do it

    3. AggrorJorn

      AggrorJorn

This has always been the case for Steam. Games that were $60 in the US are €60 in Europa. There isn't even a conversion, its litterally replacing the currency symbol.

      MilitaryG

so when I send a package with useless trash to josh and he take it from the postman it his trash? this could really solve the radioactive problem :D just send your trash to someone else and hope he take it from the postman so its his problem :D

    3. MilitaryG

      MilitaryG

Why would that problem be solved?

Problem becomes even bigger as there's loads of radioactive material allover the city, ... Endangering everybody. Including you sooner or later.

sure but when it gets public and there are changes in the laws the early birds win. this was also just a brainstormed theory while leaving ballmer peak

I have no really home system. At work I use Windows (Normal office stuff) and Debian (for CloudComputing). At home I use Windows and osx but I just have windows on my imac because there are too many games windows only. At the beginning all people who don't have a clue about linux said that linux is bull**** because they never RTFM ;) sure linux was bad for dummies last century but now you can install it so easy. Windows also pushed down linux with DirectX.

    4. DudeAwesome

      DudeAwesome

because when you developed with DirectX you can't port it so easy to macosx or linux. thats why there were not many games for those platforms < 2005

  13. last march weekend == free weekend ??? :)

no I talk about your game. you press your own dvds to sell it or do you would use steam as "publisher"

    3. MilitaryG

      MilitaryG

      tjheldna

I bought modo when 701 was released and have not regretted it for a second. Bit of a learning curve, but plenty of resources and tutorials to help. Once you get the hang of it you are set. I don't own 3D coat or know much about it, so I can't comment on that. Oh yeah, works fine with LE too.

    3. DudeAwesome

      DudeAwesome

i think I grap a study licence from modo.

    4. DudeAwesome

      DudeAwesome

or 3d coat dammit :D 3d coat has nice pricing 280€ but modo looks sweet also DAAAMN :D

  17. yeah FUSE beta tester :P

  18. threads also coming for LUA indie 3.1 ?

    1. JMichael

      JMichael

Lua is not multi-threaded (not that it matters, because the entire API would have to be thread-safe, which is pretty much impossible). However, it supports "coroutines" which operate in a thread-like manner and are useful for game actions over multiple frames.

how I can get the position of the sound I hear? Is there also a way to get the volume value from the soundfile that recieves the listener?

    3. JMichael

      JMichael

Sounds themselves do not have a volume or position, but a source object does. See the Source class.

    4. JMichael

      JMichael

Requested documentation is added. Thank you for the heads up.

  20. ragemode on. I hate this dumb random access violation bug 6 times today. wasted one day again..

    1. JMichael

      JMichael

The editor saves backups of your map automatically in Documents\Leadwerks\Backup. If you can reliably reproduce an error please file a bug report and I will check it out.

    2. DudeAwesome

      DudeAwesome

the problem is that it seems to be a random generated error. sometimes I just move my mouse. Sometimes I did something 1000 times and the next time its generate the error, so I cant reproduce the error :(

  21. I know - not that important but there is a small bug in leadwerks.com https://www.dropbox.com/s/gsklp1aq4kek0oe/Screenshot 2014-02-25 18.52.35.png

Raknet is definitely a favorite for a lot of people. Plus the support from the developer on his forums is incredible.

mhmm I dont get http://www.jenkinssoftware.com/raknet/manual/tutorialsample1.html to work. I get 1 Error but the error log dont help me.

    4. DudeAwesome

      DudeAwesome

ok maybe the tutorial is outdated. instead of SocketDescriptor it should be RakNet::SocketDescriptor in the code

Also... I like the rigged character, I will have a look at it as soon as I have enough time to spare. (I mean I will download and test it)

You should look at perhaps uploading one of the characters that are not related to Valve in any way, those ones if they currently exist in the version of FUSE that is out will allow you to use for more stuff. I did try and pur...
