  1. Hi I created a material for a number of objects in my game. They material is applied to the object when in debug mode; however, when I try to publish the game the material does not publish with it. The objects created show up as standard white objects. Thanks
  2. I tried to publish a game as stand a lone to test it out and I am getting an Exception Access Violation error that prevents the game from being published. I normally only get this error when I am working on a game and then I can just back date it a auto save or 2 to correct the error but this is the first time I have gotten it with a game. I have published other games just fine but for some reason this one is having problems. I also tried to publish it to the steam workshop as friends only but when I try to access the game on workshop/steam I am unable to see the game and friends are unable to launch it after download, but there was no error on the publishing of the game on steam. Does anyone have any idea what could cause these error and would be preventing me from publishing the game?
  3. When I want to publish a .zip onto the workshop, and I select a .jpg .jpeg or .png file as preview Image, It makes the error ".jpg is not allowed" but one cant choose something else. If i manually type in .png then it makes the same error. (I opened the file up in gimp and exported it in various formats).
  4. I've "finished" a new game and want to publish it to the workshop, but no matter what I try, the game will not publish. It uploads the game, then gets frozen on the "publishing" part of it and then times out. A small window appears and says "failed to publish game" with no other explanation. Are there any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Is there a way to publish a game as a standalone without having to have OpenAL installed on the computer running the game? I want to submit a game to a game contest my school has, but it needs to be able to run just with the standard windows applications (like I send a .zip folder and they can just run the .exe file)
  6. So when I am inside the Editor everything goes OK. When I try to publish my Game via standalone and (private) workshop game this will happen : standalone:Seems to work, but a "notes like in amnesia" script makes the .exe crash publishing to workshop just doesnt work, it freezes until the point where it is 100%. It makes an Game entity in my workshop, but it has 0,000 mb and no signs of my game. Deleted it and tried it multiple times, even made a new project and put all the files in there but same effect. What can I do ? I am running leadwerks on the latest beta and have beta key for everything, I already uploaded a game (Slastraf Horror 1) where everything is working. RIght now I literally spent 50 hours on the Slastraf Horror 2 demo, which I cant upload.
  7. Hello, added the M4wld from the "FPS Weapons Pack" DCL to my Level and set the properies like they are set at the Demo Level, that comes with the DCL. All works fine, weapon is equippable and fires in DEBUG (F5) and RUN (F6) Mode. When I do pubish the Game and run the MyGame.exe, the M4 gun is no longer equippable (the hand apprears, but You cant pick it up). The Hand works on other things like opening a door (hand appears, Pressing "E", Door opens). Does anyone might have a hint for me? That would be great. C.U. R.E.Z.
