Framebuffer Incomplete

Whenever I run my project it crashes with the error "Framebuffer Incomplete" in the output.

 

Another problem is when i am running it in debug mode, when the memory usage gets to about 300 mb it crashes and says "OpenGL error GL_OUT_OF_MEMORY"

 

Display adapters-

Intel HD Graphics 4000

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M

 

Operating System-

Windows 8.1
