Pancakes Posted April 21, 2010 Share Posted April 21, 2010 Josh can take a while to get to those, but usually it's quite swift, I just think to myself that whenever he's late replying to an email it only means he was hard at work making Leadwerks even awesomer. But that can be a hard pill to swallow for those hours where you are "locked out" of the updater, I know. I cannot find any sent email for this order, any order in Google Checkout, and my records show your registration key to be valid for version 2.2x only. Can you please send the order number? Pixel Perfect Posted April 25, 2010 Share Posted April 25, 2010 Might I also suggest you check your credit card statement and confirm that a payment was made to Leadwerks just incase it did not go through for some reason. If it has gone through then this is strong supporting evidence that you have paid for the upgrade. Google should also have a record of the transaction having taken place.
