Development Team

Josh Klint - Lead Developer

Josh is the creator of Leadwerks Game Engine and 3D World Studio. He has presented at industry events such as GDC and I/ITSEC and has experience working on VR simulations at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center. Additionally, he is a contributing author to Game Engine Gems 3. Josh holds a biology degree from the University of California, Davis, with an emphasis on neurology, physiology, and behavior, as well as an MBA from Sacramento State University, bringing a diverse background of scientific, business, and technical expertise to our team.

Rich DiGiovanni - Lead 3D Artist

Rich is a 3D Artist with a love for environments, props, and textures. Since the 2000s, he has contributed to worlds for video games, interactive attractions, simulations, and recreations. Past projects include creating for Disney Imagineering, Sony Interactive, Microsoft, NFL, F1, DARPA, various museums, indie games, and of course Leadwerks.

Steven Ferriolo - Creative Director

Steven, a passionate game developer, started created custom content using Valve’s Source Engine, such as Blue Portals, A Little Higher, and other small experiments. In 2022, he used Leadwerks to publish his game Cyclone on Steam. He seeks opportunities to enhance existing game elements for richer experiences. His attention to detail, evident in his work on Project Beta² and his experience as a seasoned Leadwerks developer, makes him a valuable asset to the team.
