1)    I'd like to see 3d displacement on surfaces like in the source engine. It would be nice to stay in the editor and create a bumpy surface for a cave or small area. If there is no need big terrain.

2)    There may also be a "nodraw" material for brush surfaces that will not be visible.

3)    A custom property that can be tagged to surfaces, useful for hit effects and footstep sounds.

K3nt on Discord has been begging for this feature for the longest time.

You can hide faces in the editor. There's no need for a tool brush.
