Leadwerks Client Standalone - Licence not found

As the title suggests. No matter what approach I take the client continues to protest a lack of a licence. I have uninstalled, cleared Program data and have confirmed the (presumably) server side error by installing the client on a Linux machine which is presenting the same error.

Yes, it appears to be up and running again - I can at least log in again now :-)
