Hello, the program runs but does not work, here's a screen

I guess, there are some weird characters in your windows-username and thus also in the path of all the resources, maybe they are causing this.

 

What happens, when you try to start the game? Is there also an empty window or an error?

This is occurring because the program cannot read your user path, and so none of the basic shaders or other files are being loaded. If you change your user name to something that only uses English characters, or switch to another account that does, then it will work.
