Cannot start game for the life of me...

I launch the game in steam and it says I am active in a game for a split second before going back to normal. I have tried moving the openal.dll file that it claims it is missing, but that did not work (I tried to launch from the files). I got it to work back when i first got it, but now i cannot get it to start for the life of me. I have all the right specs. plz halp

1. What application are you referring to?

2. Does your computer meet the system requirements? (DX11 graphics card with current drivers).

Sorry, Leadwerks is what won't start.

Before i bought the software i asked if it would work, it is a geforce gtx 650 and i have all newest drivers downloaded.
