In the documentation, the Window::SetPointer method is not documented. Also, some available pointer values are not working under windows. 

 window->SetPointer(MousePointer::POINTER_SIZENESW);

I think this has not been made *official* yet due to some questions about which mouse cursors are supported across platforms. Also, I will likely rename this to SetCursor() since pointer implies something else....
