How can i make simple text

So i want to make a Securoserv login tab (from gta 5) and i know how to use textfields, icons, buttons, but how can i place simple text like in the Ultraengine login window

The text items are label widgets. These do not interact with the user's input. The hyperlinks are a label with custom behavior added using an event listener.
