I had the same problem and my order has been pending for over a week. I messaged Admin in the chat bar at the buttom of the screen and he sent an email with my key and the updater. Josh might be able to send you the email also if the Admin isn't on.

@SoverignVX, it doesn't look like there is any order for your account. Otherwise you would have been automatically moved into the "Developer" group, and your account still says "Member".
