gui textfield and home/end key

How do you enable using the home and end keys while inside a textfield?

Same thing with holding shift with home/end to select. control and left/right arrows to jump by word would be handy too.

I would need to program that behavior in. What do the home and end keys typically do? I have never used them.

Oh! well, it's the same behavior in any windows or web browser text box: home will move the cursor to the beginning and end moves it to the end.

holding shift will select text up to the beginning or to the end relative to where the cursor is.

Interesting, I am trying it in the address bar of this browser now...I have never seen this before
