Material Downloads result in INVALID_ACCESS_TOKEN message

Fresh steam install, logged in to website ok. DLC downloads and installs ok. 

Latest version running on windows fully updated.

Any use of downloads side bar relults in error INVALID_ACCESS_TOKEN

Only 'clue' is that my account image doesnt show on the user item in the sidebar or window on clicking it.

Open to suggestions...

If this happens, you can click on your picture in the lower-left of the program. This opens the account window. Log out, then log back in.

I am not sure if that is really a complete solution. I have seen this happen myself. Let's keep an eye on it and see if it comes up again.

My internet connection is pretty poor so maybe this can cause a timeout somewhere in the process but OK so far.
