is the message i am getting when trying to run a map, no matter if my own or the demo map. Trying the editor for the first time.

If this is a C++ project, you must compile the Visual Studio project before the executable will be there. If it is a Lua project, the executable is already provided.

Does this actually say this error?:

Failed to create process ""

It should not display an empty string. It should display the name of the project, like "My New Project.exe".

Is this indeed a C++ project?
