Does not seem to work at all, heres the code I'm using to make a pixmap fullscreen:

 

      self.font = LoadFont("Fonts/arial.ttf")
      self.ui = CreateInterface(camera, self.font, framebuffer.size)
      self.ui:SetRenderLayers(2)
      self.ui.background:SetColor(0, 0, 0, 0)
 
      self.size = window:GetSize()
 
      self.panel_waterlens1 = CreatePanel(0, 0, self.size.x, self.size.y, self.ui.background)
      self.panel_waterlens1:SetColor(0,0,0,.1)
 
      self.pix = LoadPixmap("peffects/overlays/water_on_lens/1.dds")
 
      if self.pix.format ~= TEXTURE_RGBA then
          self.pix = self.pix:Convert(TEXTURE_RGBA)
      end
 
      self.pix:Resize(self.size.x, self.size.y)
      self.panel_waterlens1:SetPixmap(self.pix)

Resize returns a new pixmap with the specified dimensions.
