Create object list doesn't appear right after selecting the Select tool

Video recorded on 0.9.9 stable build 2740. I did also test this on standalone dev build 2879 and got the same results.

 

When you select the Select tool and right after click the small arrow to expand a list of objects, that list doesn't appear on the first try. But if you click anything else after selecting the Select tool (viewport, empty space or another button) that object list appears on the first try.

This isn't a critical bug that would end the world, but it's unexpected behaviour and to me that is a bug.
