Point Light acts as a spot light if "static" flag is enabled

When placing any form of Point Light, and setting the "static" flag to enabled, it changes the behaviour of the omni-directional light in unintended ways, causing a 'box'-type effect when compiled and run in-game.

Attached is a sample scene showing two lights. One set to static and the other not.
