Editor: brush can be pciked in 2D viiewport only by clicking on its side

1. Create a brush

2. Select a 2D port and try to select a brush in selection/movement mode by left click - it does not work if cursor inside of brush's outline

This is the intended behavior. It's a wireframe view, so you have to click on a line to select the object.
