Debug Side Panel in Script Editor can't be resized (disappears)

To reproduce the bug, open the script editor open the debug side panel and resize it all the way to the right. Now you can't resize it back into view and pushing the side panel button does nothing to bring it back.

This is a feature. It is meant to teach you good character. 

Also, I have decided that this is a terrible feature and should be removed.

You could just add a default size to the debug panel when pressing the button. Should fix the problem, no?
