Windows key should not be disabled by default

It's super annoying that windows key locked. Can't use Win combinations (like Win+G to see app volume slider etc.) and sometimes it's bug out when Win key behave like it's kept being held and usual keys just does not work and pressing Win again does not fix it because it's locked...

It should be disabled or be optional.

I have seen a lot of games in the past that disable the Windows key because it is easy to accidentally hit with your left hand. However, since Microsoft is using this in a shortcut for game utilities, it makes sense not to do this. This change has been made in the current build.
