Jazz Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 I found when trying to create a material it grabs the filename incorrectly. For example if the filename is beech_branch_dif.tex it will read it as beech_branch.tex. It doesn't grab the last string after the underscore so beech_branch_leafless_dif.tex would come out as beech_branch_leafless.mat. Josh Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 This is correct. It assumes the "dif" texture is a diffuse map, then it removes that and attempt to find normal and specular maps like beech_branch_leafless_dot3, beech_branch_leafless_norm, etc. Quote Let's build cool stuff and have fun.
Jazz Posted September 13, 2014 Author Posted September 13, 2014 Ah I see. Thanks. I'm slowly learning... Quote --- Scott Using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit/Core I7-2700K @ 4312mhz/24G RAM/Nvidia GTX 1060
