Having issues where leadwerks editor won debug or run

As the title says I'm having issues where I can't run or debug my games from the leadwerks editor I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and making sure it was installed on my c drive but that didn't help. Though when I tried installing it on another computer it worked perfectly, my computer isn't old and it's got new parts.But every time I try and run my game I get "Failed to launch C:/Users/Owner/Documents/Leadwerks/Project/projectname\projectname.exe". or when I debug it I get "Failed to launch C:/Users/Owner/Documents/Leadwerks/Project/projectname\projectname.debug.exe". not sure why and it happens every time on my computer.

I have a windows 7 HP p7-1234 with 16gb ram with AMD A6-3650 APU with Radeon™HD Graphics 2.60Ghz running 64 bit please help

 

PS: In the photo I created a blank project and ran it to see if the problem was fix but the same thing happens if I add stuff to it

Is this a C++ or Lua project? C++ projects have to be compiled before they can be run.

C++ how do you compile it? plus I never had this problem before I just push the button and it ran it just fine...

Open c:/Users/Owner/Documents/Leadwerks/Projects/la/Windowns/la.sln in Visual Studio and compile both Debug and Release

Yeah, if it's a Lua project then you don't have to do that.

ok thanks got it to run but for others reference for as of this post you need a version of visual studios 2013 edition or later
