What Happened to Terrain Tessellation?

LE doesn't need Terrain Tesselation, but realtime airodynamic tesselated hair. biggrin.png

Nah, seriously though...yes, I agree. This was a cool feature I loved. I was in the process of creating some really cool looking textures for the tessellated terrain feature in LE. Was even going to create a pack with cool terrain textures for different environments.

This requires additional work to add the tessellated offset to the physics data.


The tessellated version of the shader is actually included in the shaders folder, but no guarantee if it works.

Good to know. If it's not a supported feature then I'll stay away. It would definitely be a welcome feature to have back in the future.
