Leadwerks 2.3 updater wont accept my reg key

Hi, I've had Leadwerks since version 2.20 i think and the updater has worked for me all the way to version 2.28, but i just purchased the 2.3 upgrade and it says my registration key is incorrect? can someone please help me

It seems you're not yet unlocked for the 2.3 SDK release. As you see you're still in the SDK 2.0 Group. If that changes to 2.3 Owner or the like then you will be able to download the 2.3 release.

 

I don't know when you have purchased the update but keep in mind that the purchase is not an automated process and Josh needs to register it manually.

i got the email with the updater attached so i assume that my account is registered, but i guess not. thanks for the info though.

I can't find any purchase with this email address. Please email your registration key to support at leadwerks dot com.

I had to use my gmail account because it was through Google checkout. i'll send the reg key though.
