Leadwerks Python

Recommended Posts

With the new released version of Leadwerks Enterprise targeted towards simulation and VR, I think it would be beneficial for the expansion of this if Leadwerks supported Python.

It would be similar to how LE does Lua.

You could use Swig to generate the python classes.

I know from experience that Python is heavily used in the physics world. It's the only language they teach in my Computational Physics degree. If it's as easy as swig looks, would be a good way to produce more sales IMO.

Python would be nice.  I think it would have to be easy to integrate and low maintenance (if it locked in the core). If the generators you mention work out maybe it is.
