Net book Asus EeePC 1201N and Leadwerks

I wonderig will LE work on Asus EeePC 1201N (

It has nvidia ION GPU.

 

Of course this is not going to be my primary machine. Jus for road trips (Summer time ) I want to always have the ability for coding

 

I could write little chunks of code on it. And model some simple models.

It should work, since ION is a GeForce 9400M, which is a DX10/OpenGL 3.3 card:

I have a Samsung N510 which has the ION chipset + a slow Atom CPU. Leadwerks runs fairly well even though the CPU is the bottleneck there. But for development purposes it's enough.

I would try it in the store first, if you can. I think the IONs are basically like an intel graphics chip.

nVidia ION has nothing to do with Intel GMA chips, they are real nVidia chips, just have a wierd name:

Yes the ION chipset is really good. The bottle neck is usually the CPU.
