Error exporting brush group to MDL format

It works very well if I don't link it to existing mdl files.

When I load the prefabs, a material is missing, but I do not see any other error:

Loading material "Materials/Map/floorl/floorl.mat"

TestDoor.zipI have simplified the door frame in mdl format, just the model without materials, and attached the result when exporting to mdl, a file that does not create the model together with the Brush.

The file ""Models/Doors/gatevertical_door.mdl" is missing.

I'm a little confused, I'm just trying to create an mdl based on a Brush and the mdl door frame model. The result is that it is not exported correctly.

I've discovered something: it only works with mdl files, those two doors, door frame, and hangar door. It doesn't export to MDL if I have them in a hierarchy. But they work with other dml models. If I have a brush with another mdl model, I can export it to mdll format.

So what I've managed to do partially is export the brush to another intermediate format.

And then I export to mdl and it works fine.

The problem points to the door models. If I want to wall up an mdll with a brush, we get an error when explorting mdl.

Unfortunately, your desktop appears to be using a very high disdplay but the video is only 720p and I can't see what you are doing.

Okay, I see now. The problem is if the gate is a child, you get a message:

Error: Skeleton can only appear in the model root node

I understand now! I've figured it out. The error occurs when the brush is the parent of the hierarchy, but if I set the mdl mesh as the parent, we don't get that erro
