OlR Posted Thursday at 04:03 AM Posted Thursday at 04:03 AM I'm trying to import a model that inside a project but I can't make it look ok when the game is running. the tricky thing is that in the viewport the model is looking ok. So i've tried to create a blank new project just to import the model, and still looks wrong while running the game. Looks like a issue with alpha transparency materials. I've attached and image of the problem and the project. Am I doing something wrong ? New Project0001.zip Quote
Thirsty Panther Posted Thursday at 10:32 AM Posted Thursday at 10:32 AM Works fine for me. Here are my hair material settings. Quote
OlR Posted Thursday at 11:44 AM Author Posted Thursday at 11:44 AM I've got the same settings. Also, inside the editor map and model inspectors, it's looks ok. The problem is if you place that model on a map and run the game It shows as the screenshot I posted. Quote
Josh Posted Thursday at 06:29 PM Posted Thursday at 06:29 PM map2.map works fine in-game on my Nvidia card. What GPU do you have? Quote Let's build cool stuff and have fun.
Josh Posted Thursday at 06:40 PM Posted Thursday at 06:40 PM Maybe a dumb question, but have you updated your graphics drivers any time recently? Quote Let's build cool stuff and have fun.
OlR Posted Thursday at 06:44 PM Author Posted Thursday at 06:44 PM Yeah, I thought about that after replying here and just did it. no success Quote
Josh Posted Thursday at 06:46 PM Posted Thursday at 06:46 PM Okay, I will pick up a comparable GPU and see what the results are. Maybe the drivers for these are doing something a little differently. Quote Let's build cool stuff and have fun.
