If you don't have any models, you need a 3D modelling program like Blender (it's free) to make them yourself, or you can buy them from Dexsoft (or any as good or better 3D model shop). Leadwerks Engine comes also with a lot of free models (free for games made with LE only).

You need also Leadwerks Engine to place the models and the room parts into a game, and to write the game.

You can make your models in a third-party modeling program, or download them from this site. Then you place them in the scene with Leadwerks Editor.

My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.

I recommend 3DWorld Studio. It's made by Leadwerks also and is excellent for making buildings etc. More detailed assets will need a modelling program like Milkshape3D or Blender.

Yeah, you're right. I was just thinking that for detailed models it would be better to use Blender, but actually you can do quite good details with carving in 3DWS too.

3DWS is the easiest to use 3D modeller (but it's missing animations and vertex editing, so you can use Blender for those cases), LE is the easiest to use game engine. It's a nice combo (triad).

3D World Studio does support vertex editing. There is no need for animation, since it is a program for making buildings, not characters.

It supports it partly, but not fully. You can't for example add or delete vertices, but only move them.
