I want to import this DEM to Leadwerks Editor as height map:(I add this DEM in .jpg format here)

In Global Mapper this DEM is seen like this. (It is normal)

But in leadwerks editor it is seen as following:

Is it right? Must it be like this? How can i be sure that accurancy expected here?

Must i regulate altitude always manually? When i open the DEM with Global Mapper it is done automatically. But in Leadwerks i don't know what to set to altitude...

Well GM is designed to use DEM data directly if I recall, and Leadwerks is not hence it needs converting which will always result in resolution issues that need to be addressed when converting to a format that LE does use, working with DEM's is not the easiest thing to do.

How i can regulate the distance seen in Editor? In other words, i am in the one side of mountain and my map is in the another side of this mountain. How i can resolve this problem?

Try adding an atmosphere and then in the atmospheres settings alter the camera range to a higher value.
