Well Leadwerks is written using OpenGL not DirectX and I think xbox360 is DX only...

So I can guess that you won't see any xbox360 support in the near future (or the far)

Anyone correct me if I'm wrong.

I create the game you play. I create the rulles you will obey.

You could write a LE like engine using XNA, so that it has all the same commands and features as LE has. Then you can use the same game source code for PC and XBOX.

Haha, i just love Lumooja's answers ;)

Use XNA if you want to develop an indie game for the XBox. Thats what the thing was made for... :)

There are other issues though. Josh can't just write the engine for XBOX or PS3. Microsoft won't let you near it unless you can demonstrate x,y,z and jump through hoops backwards. Red tape.

If the engine could leverage a reputation of having some AAA titles behind it then maybe it might get some wheels turning. Or a stonking huge bribe.

Do you have an XBox 360 development license from Microsoft? Even when the engine is available for the XBox, you will need one.

My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.
