Guest Red Ocktober Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 Has anyone tried to implement http://sundog-soft.com/sds/features/ocean-and-water-rendering-with-triton/ in LE? Royalty-free licenses for a single application are available at an introductory price of $995 USD for binary-only Triton libraries, or $1,495 USD for an SDK including Triton’s full source code. a lil more than i can afford right now... so, it'll probably work perfectly... so i'll have to pass for other more affordable options... --Mike Quote
Rick Posted November 29, 2011 Author Posted November 29, 2011 The exciting part is that the demo will work for 5 mins every time before shutting down. I bet once you know it could run in LE you'd be drooling for it and save up Quote

Naughty Alien Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 ..tested this with Bmax, few months back..it works..its not fast as they claim (or my code sucks), but its fast enough..far too overpriced..pretty everything can be done in naked Bmax.. Quote
Rick Posted November 30, 2011 Author Posted November 30, 2011 They are saying this is like 60K lines of code. I think most people here wouldn't duplicate that and give it away for free ya know. Quote
