Although its up to the purchaser to check the minimum requirements before buying it would be nice to have them in a sticky on this forum.

Another consideration is that the user might only need to update their drivers, but if they try a test that says they can't run it, they get turned away. Since I can't provide an accurate measurement for the end user, my response is to just leave it alone and let them decide.
