what happend it won't open the splash screen flashes and that is it

You mean the editor ?

Rick is right this happen when you set a wrong path in the editor, the solution is to edit the editor.ini file manually and set back the right path.

An all caps thread title and "what happend it won't open the splash screen flashes and that is it", is pretty vague.

Try Ricks suggestion, IF that does not fix it then try and supply a little more information.

worst of the cases, back up your custom models, textures and materials, delete the SDK folder and do a new checkout.

My signature was so outdated! I don't know if it's even relevant nowadays... :D

Make sure the shaders.pak file is in the same folder as the editor.exe

Shaders.pak does not have to be in the same folder, but it should be somewhere in your game path, which by default if the same folder as the editor.
