Reflection vegetation system in water surface?

Is it possible to get vegetation reflected into the water surface?

Right now we don't for performance reasons, but that's a good example of when it would be appropriate. Maybe not the grass, but the trees for sure.

It looks very weird without it. Seems like there should be a shader trick or something where you can copy the vegetation to a buffer, flip them upside down... I don't know.

However you could do this using low sample sslr which would probably be cheaper, but with FOV issues.

Also is there an official way to animate the water ?

Shadmar's effects pack has an animated shader, at least I think that's where I got it.
