ByPoLaT Posted July 13, 2016 Posted July 13, 2016 Hi all, Firstly sorry for my bad english. I have a problem: How can I fix? thanks. My system: AMD FX-6300 ASUS Nvidia GTX 560 Titan GIGABYTE 990XA-UD3 GSKILL RipjawsX DDR3 8GB All drivers updated.. Quote
gamecreator Posted July 13, 2016 Posted July 13, 2016 I believe the answer to this in the past has been that Leadwerks takes some shortcuts to benefit speed so accuracy isn't always 100%. That said, you can change your camera/light/shadow settings to increase accuracy. Try some of the commands like http://www.leadwerks.com/werkspace/page/api-reference/_/world/worldsetlightquality-r825 Quote
nick.ace Posted July 13, 2016 Posted July 13, 2016 It's because of the problem in this tutorial: http://www.opengl-tutorial.org/intermediate-tutorials/tutorial-16-shadow-mapping/ You add a bias to avoid shadow acne, but the trade off it that there's nothing you can really do about it other than increase lighting quality like gamecreator said. That's a really good explanation. Quote My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.
