YouGroove Posted December 27, 2014 Posted December 27, 2014 Do you have a firewall ? turning it off can help in some cases, also verify what Windows tasks are active and consume memory or CPU. Another thing you can do is to plug off internet and switch to Steam offline mode and make another test. Quote Stop toying and make games
