Just by curiosity who is going to publish a commercial project with LE 3.1 ?

Small or bigger project , something planned withint next two years ?

For me : Some very small indie roguelike dungeon based RPG for PC.

Who else ?

It might be difficult to make progress with a big commercial game until the feature set is more complete.This will take time.

amd quad core 4 ghz / geforce 660 ti 2gb / win 10

Blender,gimp,silo2,ac3d,,audacity,Hexagon / using c++

I know of a few around here, but not sure if they will volunteer that info.

My job is to make tools you love, with the features you want, and performance you can't live without.

I will do. I just prototype with leadwerks to see whats possible and where are the limits. Not sure If leadwerks is the right engine for me I reach the limits often too fast with the lua version.

It doesn´t work... why? mhmmm It works... why?

Yep, i know , some will not give infos on forum, i ask more about those who will share their project info.

Lua allowed me to prototype different game styles like FPS more RPG, TPS, Shoot them up, 2.5D game , Monkey Ball game, i don't find it so blocking laugh.png

Depends on your project size, if lot of data, structures, messages dialog, yes you will need C++ classes to organize all.

Lua has all 3D commands that are really helpfull for any gameplay genre (SetVelocity,SetPhysicPosition, SetOmega etc ...) , i just wish more performance later.

As previously announced -- Rogue System. Working on engine integration right now with current game code.

I plan a release-able alpha version in very early 2015. I would expect Josh to have the major issues sorted by then, as well as an optimization pass or two done...
