once you make a game in Leadwerks are you allowed to "market it" aka sell it on steam ?

You can do whatever you want with it. To get it on Steam you'd have to do the Greenlight thing, but yes you can do whatever you want with your game and never have to pay Leadwerks anything more than the $99 you paid to get the engine.

After I finished my demo, I gave it to my cat but he ignored it and used the litter box instead. Then I got to play a game called scoop the litter box.
